Terms

These terms cover sessions, masterclasses and group work booked with me, Pixie Hawthorne, through pixie-hawthorne.com.

The free resonance call

The 30-minute resonance call is free and there’s no obligation to book anything afterwards.

Booking and payment

You book through the calendar on this website, run by Cal.com. Paid sessions are paid when you book, by card through Stripe. Your booking is confirmed once you receive the confirmation email.

Changing or cancelling

• You can move or cancel a session using the link in your confirmation email.
• If you cancel 48 hours or more before your session, you’ll get a full refund.
• If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, the session can’t be refunded, but I’ll always try to find you another time if something unexpected has happened.
• If I need to cancel, you can choose a new time or a full refund.

Online sessions

Please join from a quiet, private space with a steady internet connection. If the connection fails on my side, we’ll finish the session another time at no cost.

Your wellbeing

My work supports your wellbeing. It isn’t medical or psychological treatment. Please read the disclaimer, and tell me about any health conditions, injuries or pregnancy before we work together.

Masterclasses and group work

Free masterclasses may be cancelled or moved, and I’ll let everyone who signed up know. For paid group programmes, the same cancellation terms apply unless the booking page says otherwise.

The legal bits

I’m responsible for providing the sessions with reasonable care and skill. I’m not liable for losses that weren’t foreseeable when you booked. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer. These terms are governed by the law of Ireland.
